Responsibilities: conduct high-quality scientific exchange, gather and synthesize clinical insights, support investigator-initiated studies, and collaborate internally with R&D, Medical Affairs, and other teams. Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and stay current with scientific advancements. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or advanced practice providers), with postgraduate experience and therapeutic area expertise preferred. Proficiency in clinical research, data analysis, and strategic communication. Must support up to 70% travel within the territory and possess a valid US driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years in an MSL role, residency or fellowship training, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI. High-value specifics include involvement in neuroscience diseases such as depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, and autism. Work setup involves extensive field-based engagement with healthcare providers, internal cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to compliance standards.
