Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on CAPLYTA within Neuroscience, covering the North and South Carolina territory. Objectives: serve as scientific expert, foster professional relationships with healthcare providers, and support medical and scientific exchange. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory-specific engagement plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies; build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders; deliver balanced scientific information; facilitate investigator-initiated studies; gather and submit actionable insights; support internal research; and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent experience; postgraduate clinical or therapeutic area experience preferred; deep scientific and therapeutic knowledge; strong data analysis, clinical, and strategic skills; ability to travel up to 70%; valid US driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years in an MSL role, therapeutic area expertise, residency or fellowship, board certification, and enthusiasm for emerging tech such as AI. High-Value: Neuroscience focus on brain health disorders including depression, bipolar, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, autism; involvement in scientific education and research; cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical Operations, and Global Medical Affairs; adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. Location: multiple US-based sites, primarily field-based with significant travel.
