Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Neuroscience (CAPLYTA) within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, covering the Great Lakes region (Illinois and Wisconsin). Objectives: Serve as a scientific and clinical expert, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, providing objective medical information, and supporting scientific exchange to advance neuroscience therapies. Responsibilities: develop territory engagement plans, build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), facilitate scientific dialogue, support investigator-initiated studies, provide insights for strategic planning, and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or Advanced Practice Provider) with relevant postgraduate experience; 2+ years in an MSL or relevant role preferred; therapeutic expertise in neuroscience (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, autism); proficiency in data analysis, clinical research, and cross-functional collaboration; ability to travel up to 70%. High-Value: Neuroscience focus on CNS disorders, post-approval product support, engagement in scientific exchange, and experience with AI tools for decision-making. Work Setup: field-based with significant travel in the Great Lakes region; compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate policies.
