Role: Medical Science Liaison specializing in Neuroscience (CAPLYTA) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on brain health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and neurodegenerative diseases. Responsibilities: develop and execute scientific engagement plans; build relationships with KOLs/HCPs; facilitate scientific exchange; support investigator-initiated studies; stay informed on disease landscape trends; collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Ops); and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent); post-graduate experience preferred; 2+ years in a relevant MSL or therapeutic area; strong scientific and clinical acumen; proficiency in data analysis and strategic engagement; ability to travel up to 70%.
