Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on CAPLYTA in the Great Lakes region. Objectives: serve as a scientific expert, develop relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs, and support scientific exchange in brain health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's, and schizophrenia. Responsibilities: implement territory engagement plans, foster credible scientific dialogues, stay updated on disease landscapes, support investigator-initiated studies, and deliver tailored scientific data. Maintain compliance, collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, and commercial teams, and track insights to influence medical strategies. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), with postgraduate or clinical experience in neuroscience or related areas preferred. Must have in-depth therapeutic knowledge, research skills, and ability to support a territory with up to 70% travel, including local and congress activities. Preferred: 2+ years of MSL experience, residency/fellowship, board certification, and familiarity with AI tools. High-Value: Neuroscience focus, neuropsychiatric indications, therapeutic expertise, compliance and regulatory awareness, and engagement with scientific community. Work setup: field-based role with extensive travel within the Illinois and Wisconsin territories.
