Role: Medical Science Liaison for Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on CAPLYTA in the Great Lakes region (Illinois and Wisconsin). Responsibilities: develop and execute a scientific engagement plan, build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals, facilitate scientific exchange, support investigator-initiated studies, and provide clinical and scientific insights to internal teams. Maintain current knowledge of the therapeutic landscape and competitor activity; leverage AI tools for decision-making; ensure compliant interactions; and contribute to medical strategy. Requirements: Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent); minimum of postgraduate experience, preferably in neuroscience or related fields; strong scientific acumen; experience in clinical or research settings; ability to travel up to 70%; valid US driver’s license. Preferred: ≥2 years in an MSL role; residency or fellowship in neuroscience; board certification is advantageous; familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies. HighValue: Neuroscience, CNS disorders (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s); field-based medical role; focus on scientific exchange and investigator support; regional travel.
