Position: Medical Science Liaison, Camzyos (Field - PA)
Role Purpose: Develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) in a defined geography to drive scientific exchange, support patient access and safe/appropriate use of BMS medicines, and facilitate research.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions; present accurate information to TL/HCPs via various channels.
- Assess the medical landscape; update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and scientific activities.
- Identify collaboration opportunities (disease-state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned with BMS objectives.
- Attend medical congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to internal teams.
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional account planning and medical programs/projects.
- Provide medical support and training updates to internal stakeholders; support at promotional meetings; participate in congress activities.
- Support clinical trial activities (site feasibility, ISR processes/follow-up, pharmacovigilance awareness/AE alerting, CRO study support).
Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience; disease-area knowledge and scientific/publication understanding.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, HEOR; excellent English (spoken/written).
Experience Desired
- 2+ years clinical/pharma experience; prior MSL experience; independent/team-based work; strong communication/presentation; quick learning; demonstrate company values.
Essential Qualification
- Must be able to drive a company-provided car; safe, ethical driving history.
Travel Requirement
- Travel required; field-based; live in territory or within 50 miles.
Compensation
- $166,090–$201,262 (Field - United States).
