Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Dermatology within a biopharma company developing precision medicines for autoimmune diseases. Primary objectives include developing collaborative relationships with KOLs, supporting clinical development, and informing medical strategy through HCP engagement. Responsibilities: build and manage KOL networks, support trial recruitment and site identification, contribute to medical affairs initiatives (publications, advisory boards, education), serve as scientific resource, and communicate insights internally. Qualifications: advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MSN), minimum 3 years in MSL roles with Dermatology experience, established KOL networks, compliance knowledge, and willingness to travel (~50%). Preferred: experience in launch or pre-launch phases, psoriasis or rheumatology expertise, start-up environment experience. HighValue: dermatology (including psoriasis), autoimmune diseases, clinical trial support, medical education, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. WorkSetup: primarily remote with significant travel; coverage areas include Chicago, New England, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
