Medical Representative (Location: Nanchang)

工作地点：南昌 工作职责： 市场拓展与客户关系管理 负责指定区域内（南昌、上饶、抚州、鹰潭、景德镇）医院的开发与维护，建立并保持良好的合作关系，提高产品覆盖率和市场份额。 按公司要求定期拜访客户，了解需求，及时反馈市场信息，为客户提供专业的医学知识和产品信息，解答客户疑问，协助解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题。 与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，通过优质的服务和专业的推广，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。 销售目标达成 制定并执行个人销售计划，确保完成公司下达的销售任务，达成年度、季度和月度销售目标。 分析所属市场动态和销售数据，及时调整销售策略，优化销售流程，提高销售效率和业绩。 参与公司组织的各类销售活动和市场推广项目，积极推广公司产品，提升品牌知名度和市场影响力。 产品知识与学术推广 深入学习和掌握公司产品和相关疾病的相关知识，包括药理作用、临床应用、不良反应、竞品对比等，能够准确、清晰地向客户传达产品的优势和特点。 严格按照合规要求，协助公司开展合理合法的学术推广活动，如科室会、区域会等，邀请专家进行产品讲解和学术交流，提升客户对产品的认知度和认可度。 团队协作与支持 “积极主动”与市场部、医学部、准入等跨部门紧密合作，及时反馈客户需求和市场信息，共同制定策略和改进方案，确保公司资源的高效利用和协同作战。 完成上级领导交待的其他工作，积极参与公司组织的各项活动，为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。 任职要求： 大专或以上学历，医药相关专业毕业优先 5年以上医药行业销售工作经验的资深销售专员，对工作充满激情和信心，有外企医药公司销售经验者优先；过往有儿科和成人神经内科合作经验者优先； 熟悉外企医药行业市场环境和销售模式，以及能严格遵守合规要求。 对江西市场环境、重点医院和当地客户关系有较深入的了解和掌握，并有一定程度掌控全省的业务能力。 有罕见病工作经验者优选，了解临床用药规范和医疗行业相关政策法规。 有较强的团队合作和Result drive意识、清晰的销售思路和结构化策略思维，以及较强的全局观，能准确把握什么是公司需要的、重要的和重点，并迅速付之高执行力和及时反馈； 熟练掌握销售技巧和谈判技巧，具备较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力。既有很强的KOL客户把控跟进能力，也有很强的自驱力主动寻找新的业务增长点，敢于尝试和钻研较为创新的工作模式拓展业务增长渠道（比如主动扩大客户覆盖面寻找更多机会） 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等，能够制作和使用专业的销售文档和演示文稿。 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，接受高频出差，有较强的抗压能力，并对罕见病业务始终充满较高的热情与信心，有强烈的“赢的欲望”，不轻言放弃。 用于接受挑战，具备较强的自我学习能力和适应能力，能够快速适应市场变化和公司发展需求。 具备良好的职业道德和诚信品质，能严格遵守公司合规、工作流程和行业规范。 Job Level: Professional Why Biogen?
