Medical Lab Technologist for Hospital Stat Lab

Role: Medical Lab Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory tests in a hospital setting, ensuring specimen quality, troubleshooting instrumentation, and delivering accurate results to support patient care. Responsibilities include specimen assessment, reagent testing, preventative maintenance, quality control, and specimen processing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; ASCP or AMT certification; attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication skills; passing color blindness test; flexibility for overtime. Preferred: experience working in a hospital or clinical lab environment. High-value: hospital-based clinical diagnostics, third shift, routine and complex testing procedures, quality control and troubleshooting, lab safety, and specimen management. Work setup: onsite in Seattle, WA with shift schedule of Friday-Monday, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
