Medical Lab Technologist

Role: Medical Lab Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex testing in Hematology, Urinalysis, and Coagulation to ensure accurate patient results. Responsibilities: assess specimen acceptability, operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, prepare reagents, perform quality control, document procedures, process specimens, and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Science or Medical Technology, ASCP or AMT certification, with 1+ years of clinical lab experience preferred. High attention to detail, independent and team work skills, and flexibility for overtime are essential.
