Medical Lab Technologist

Role: Microbiology Technologist performing routine and complex laboratory testing in a clinical microbiology setting. Responsibilities: assess specimen acceptability, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, prepare reagents and controls, perform quality control, document results, and assist with specimen processing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of laboratory testing experience or MLS certification. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience, ASCP or AMT certification. HighValue: clinical microbiology, routine and complex testing, instrumentation troubleshooting, quality assurance.
