Qualifications: MD or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years in urology/oncology clinical research; board certification or eligibility in Uro-Oncology preferred; strong knowledge of cancer research, GxP, and clinical trial regulations. Skills: excellent communication, influencing, and leadership; experience in cross-functional team environments; travel up to 20-30%, including international.
