Medical Director/Sr. Medical Director, Clinical Development

Role: Medical Director/Sr. Medical Director, Clinical Development, leading CAR T-cell therapy clinical trials for autoimmune diseases. Responsibilities: oversee medical monitoring, partner with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, biometrics, regulatory, commercial), design and interpret clinical trials, provide input on development plans and regulatory documents, analyze safety, efficacy, PK, and biomarker data, engage with investigators and support investigator-sponsored studies. Requirements: MD or MD-PhD; 5+ years in clinical research with 3+ years industry experience in late-phase trials, preferably in cell therapies or autoimmune diseases; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, trial design, regulatory processes; proven data interpretation and communication skills.
