Medical Director/Sr. Medical Director, Clinical Development

Role: Lead clinical development as Medical Director/Sr. Medical Director for CAR T-cell therapy programs targeting autoimmune diseases, focusing on trial oversight and medical strategy. Responsibilities: lead medical monitoring, collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, biometrics, regulatory, commercial), design and interpret clinical trials, provide scientific input for development plans and regulatory documents, analyze safety, efficacy, PK, and biomarkers, develop trial and regulatory documentation, and engage with external investigators. Requirements: MD or MD-PhD; 5+ years in clinical research with 3+ years in industry, preferably in late-phase trials for cell therapies or autoimmune indications; expertise in trial design, GCP/ICH, regulatory processes; strong communication skills. Preferred: specialty training in neurology, rheumatology, nephrology; experience in late-stage development.
