Medical Director/Senior Medical Leader - Oncology Late Development - Prostate

Role: Director of Clinical Research Oncology, leading global clinical studies within Johnson & Johnson's Oncology pipeline. Objectives include ensuring flawless execution of late-stage (Ph1-3) oncology trials, supporting regulatory submissions, and contributing to new cancer therapies. Responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional teams, overseeing study start-up, protocol development, medical review of data, investigator interactions, and vendor management. The role involves strategic planning, data interpretation, and supporting medical affairs activities. Qualifications: MD or equivalent with at least 3 years in oncology/uro-oncology clinical research, preferably Board-certified/eligible Uro-Oncologist, with post-doctoral training. Strong knowledge of cancer research, clinical trial operations, and regulatory processes required. Excellent communication, influencing skills, and experience working in matrix teams are essential. High-value specifics include focus on oncology, late-stage clinical trials, regulatory interactions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as GCO, Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs.
