Medical Director MD Immunology

Role: Medical Director, Clinical Development – Immunology at Neurocrine Biosciences, leading early-phase clinical programs for immunology-related therapeutics. Responsibilities: design, develop, and execute Phase 1–3 clinical studies; serve as Sponsor Medical Monitor; oversee safety and efficacy assessments; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Clinical Ops, Biostatistics, and Translational Medicine; analyze data and contribute to regulatory documents; establish investigator relationships; incorporate biomarkers and translational endpoints; and evaluate development opportunities.
