Medical Director, Hematology Clinical Development

Role: Lead clinical development activities for oncology or hematology programs, overseeing trial design, execution, and compliance. Responsibilities: manage multi-phase clinical trials, ensure data integrity, interpret safety and efficacy data, and oversee regulatory documentation. Provide scientific expertise, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Discovery, and Regulatory.
