Role: Clinical Research Physician (CRP) within Lilly Regenerative Medicine, focusing on gene therapy programs for sensory and rare disorders from preclinical to registration stages. Responsibilities: contribute to clinical strategy, design and oversee early and late-phase trials, review protocols and data, support regulatory submissions, and participate in scientific data dissemination and external engagement. Collaborate with discovery teams, investigators, and regulatory bodies; ensure compliance with GCP, laws, and company policies; support commercialization and medical education activities; and provide scientific expertise for regulatory and safety reporting. Requirements: MD or DO, board eligible/certified, with 3-5+ years in clinical research, ideally with gene therapy or rare disease experience; demonstrated understanding of drug development, GCP, and global trials. Preferred: experience in gene therapy, strong scientific acumen, excellent communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and engage in domestic/international travel.
