Role: Clinical Research Physician (CRP) in Lilly's Gene Therapy Medical Development team, focusing on innovative therapies for sensory and rare disorders from preclinical to registration stages. Responsibilities: design, support, and interpret clinical trials; collaborate on global development strategies; review protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions; oversee safety monitoring; contribute to scientific dissemination and external engagement; provide regulatory and business support; and ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, ICH, and local laws. Requirements: MD/DO, board eligible or certified, with 3-5 years in clinical research, ideally in gene therapy or rare diseases; strong scientific acumen; experience with global trials; excellent communication and leadership skills; and ability to travel domestically and internationally. High-Value: gene therapy, rare sensory disorders, clinical phases from preclinical to registration, regulatory compliance, GxP, scientific dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: full-time, with travel requirements as needed.
