Medical Director

Role: Medical Director overseeing clinical and medical initiatives for early to late-stage oncology assets, including antibodies, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. Responsibilities: ensure milestone achievement within quality and regulatory standards, lead clinical research activities, manage CRO relationships, monitor trial progress, oversee data and safety activities, collaborate with clinical operations and cross-functional teams, develop external KOL relationships, and evaluate clinical data for efficacy and safety. Qualifications: MD with oncology or immuno-oncology background, 5+ years in industry, extensive clinical trial and drug development experience, deep understanding of regulatory guidelines (FDA, cGCP), strong communication skills, and ability to mentor.
