Clinical Research and Development
Role: Medical Director, Clinical Science (Neuroscience-Psychiatry) at Takeda, leading global clinical development strategies for pipeline compounds in psychiatric indications. Responsibilities: direct multi-regional clinical teams, develop and oversee clinical development plans and protocols, evaluate ongoing study data for strategic decisions, and lead external interactions with regulatory agencies and key opinion leaders. Qualifications: MD or equivalent, with at least 5 years of clinical research experience, including leadership of Phase 3 trials across multiple regions; NDA/MAA experience preferred. Knowledge: expertise in psychiatry, therapeutic area science, GCP/ICH, and regional/global regulatory landscapes.
