Role: Lead clinical development with a focus on cardiovascular therapeutics, providing medical expertise for Phase I-III studies and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: design protocols, oversee safety monitoring, contribute to IND/NDA documentation, analyze trial data, and engage with health authorities and key opinion leaders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Biometrics, Clinical Operations, and Quality teams; support product launches and lifecycle management. Qualifications: MD or MD/PhD with internal medicine or neurology board certification, 2+ years in clinical development—experience in heart failure or subspecialties is advantageous. Skills include leadership, scientific expertise in internal medicine/neurology, regulatory knowledge (CDER, ICH), safety reporting, and effective communication. High-Value: cardiovascular disease, heart failure, Phase I-III clinical trials, regulatory strategy, multi-disciplinary collaboration, relevant medical and scientific expertise. WorkSetup: travel approximately 20%.
