Role: Medical Director, Clinical Sciences, leading the development and execution of Crinetics' endocrinology portfolio, supporting Phase 1β3 clinical trials with focus on biomarkers and proof-of-concept. Responsibilities: contribute to clinical development plans, design and oversee clinical trials, provide scientific input for protocols and regulatory documents, ensure GCP compliance, and support data analysis and publication efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs, engaging with external investigators, KOLs, and patient groups. Qualifications: MD with 5+ years in clinical research, endocrinology subspecialty preferred, deep knowledge of clinical pharmacology, regulatory environment (FDA/EMA), and GxP standards. Experience in early to late-phase clinical trials, medical monitoring, and regulatory submissions required. High-value: focus on endocrine diseases and tumors, Phase 1β3 development, biomarker integration, regulatory interactions, and external stakeholder engagement. Work setup: primarily office-based with up to 5% travel.
