Medical Director, Clinical Development (Neurology)

Role: Medical Director leading clinical development in neurology and neuropsychiatric indications, including sleep disorders. Responsibilities: design and oversee clinical trial protocols, serve as Global Clinical Lead, contribute to regulatory documents (INDs, NDAs), review trial data, and interact with external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, investigators, and scientific organizations. Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, preclinical, clinical pharmacology, and other teams; oversee operational aspects of trials; and represent the company at conferences and advisory boards. Qualifications: MD with board certification in Neurology; at least two years’ pharma industry experience; proven experience in drug development, regulatory interactions, and clinical trial oversight across early and late stages. Preferred: experience with NDA/BLA submissions and approvals; strong communication and leadership skills. High-Value: focus on neurological/neuropsychiatric disorders, involvement in phases 2 and 3 clinical trials, global regulatory engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration. Work setup: hybrid Waltham, MA, with 60% office presence and 40% remote; includes some travel.
