Role: Medical Director, Clinical Development for Labcorp Oncology's MRD (minimal residual disease) portfolio in solid tumors, focusing on evidence generation, product development, and clinical adoption of MRD and ctDNA technologies. Responsibilities: lead clinical strategy across tumor types, oversee evidence programs validating clinical utility, collaborate with R&D, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teams; establish external scientific partnerships; support guideline inclusion and reimbursement efforts; and serve as scientific representative at industry forums. Requirements: MD or DO, Board-certified in Medical Oncology, 5+ years post-fellowship experience treating solid tumors, 3+ years in clinical research or evidence generation, with extensive experience in clinical trial design and leadership. Preferred: 5+ years in molecular diagnostics, liquid biopsy, biomarker-driven oncology, with peer-reviewed publications, experience in diagnostics industry, and leadership roles in oncology assay development.
