Role: Courier responsible for the pickup, transportation, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports for Labcorp's diagnostic and drug development services. Objectives: ensure timely, safe, and accurate specimen handling and delivery while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: load supplies, complete pickup schedules, operate company vehicle safely, manage routes efficiently, and coordinate with dispatch. Qualifications: no formal education required; preferred high school diploma or GED, with 1+ year driver and customer service experience. Skills: punctuality, attention to detail, organizational ability, problem-solving, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum age 21. High-Value: role involves specimen transport critical to diagnostics and biopharma research, with a focus on quality and safety of handling sensitive biological materials. Work setup: full-time, 4x10 shifts (Monday-Friday, rotating Saturday), with a company vehicle, optional personal use, and pay ranging from $17.75-$20/hour, including potential shift differentials.
