Responsibilities include evaluating scientific literature, developing educational materials, supporting publication efforts, reviewing promotional and medical content, and facilitating cross-functional scientific collaborations. The role emphasizes operational excellence, compliance, and serving as a scientific resource for internal stakeholders. Requirements: advanced degree in clinical or health sciences (e.g., PharmD, PhD, NP, RN), 0-3 years in Medical or Scientific Affairs, with experience in tissue reconstruction, regenerative medicine, wound care, or related biopharma areas. Preference for familiarity with medical device or biologics regulations, clinical research, and publication support. High-value specifics: focus on regenerative therapies, surgical technologies, and post-market evidence. Collaboration spans Regulatory, Clinical, R&D, Marketing, and Medical Education teams, reporting to the Medical Director. Work setup includes limited travel (up to 10%) for scientific congresses, meetings, and training. The role demands strong scientific communication, literature analysis skills, and the ability to work independently and across teams in a regulated environment.
