Role: Medical Affairs Project Manager supporting global Medical Affairs operations within a biopharma or medical device context, focusing on investigator-initiated studies (IIS), post-market studies, scientific communications, and publications. Responsibilities: coordinate vendor management, financial tracking, grant workflows, and study governance; oversee publications processes; develop and maintain operational tools, dashboards, and documentation; ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; support Sunshine/Open Payments reporting and cross-functional collaboration; manage logistics for meetings and conferences. Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in Medical Affairs Operations, Clinical Operations, or related healthcare roles; experience with IIS, post-market studies, grants, vendor management, and financial tracking; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Veeva, CRM; strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or energy-based technologies; global Medical & Clinical Affairs support experience; minimal travel (~15%), hybrid office schedule.
