Medical Affairs Project Manager (Aesthetic Medical Device)

Role: Medical Affairs Project Manager supporting global Medical Affairs activities within a biopharma or medical device context, focusing on investigator-initiated studies (IIS), post-market studies, scientific communications, and publications. Responsibilities: coordinate vendor management, financial tracking, grant workflows, IIS governance, and compliance; oversee publication processes and develop operational tools; support evidence generation programs and scientific communication efforts; manage operational infrastructure, including dashboards, documentation, and training compliance; facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in Medical Affairs Operations, Clinical Operations, or related healthcare roles; experience supporting IIS, post-market studies, and publication management; proficiency in project management, vendor/contracts, budget tracking, and Microsoft Office; strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
