Medical Affairs Project Manager (Aesthetic Medical Device)

Role: Medical Affairs Project Manager supporting global Medical Affairs operations within a biopharma or medical device company. Responsibilities include managing investigator-initiated and post-market studies, overseeing vendor/contracts/budgets, coordinating scientific communications/publications, developing operational tools and dashboards, ensuring compliance (GCP, SOPs), and supporting cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Legal teams. The role involves vendor and financial management, evidence generation program oversight, publication coordination, operational process improvement, and meeting logistics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or related healthcare fields; experience supporting IIS, post-market studies, and evidence-generation activities is preferred. Skills include project management, vendor management, financial tracking, cross-functional communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Veeva, or CRM systems. Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or energy-based technologies, and supporting global Medical Affairs operations are highly valued. The position is hybrid (3 days/week in-office) with minimal travel (~15%), and offers a salary range of $98,000-$135,000 plus bonus or incentive plans.
