Role: Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation (MA&EG) Asset Lead for FB-102, a novel anti-CD122 monoclonal antibody in autoimmune disease pipeline. Objectives include providing strategic medical insights for indication selection, development, lifecycle management, and commercialization, with a focus on autoimmune conditions like celiac disease, vitiligo, and alopecia areata. Responsibilities involve leading the MA&EG activities within the asset strategy team, developing and executing integrated evidence plans, contributing to cross-functional development and medical strategies, and managing indication leads. The role includes representation on the Asset Strategy and MA&EG Leadership Teams, and fostering a collaborative, compliant work environment. Qualifications: MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent; 15+ years in gastroenterology clinical practice or research, with at least 5 years in medical affairs within biopharma preferred. Requires expertise in clinical trial design, interpretation, and regulatory landscape; strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills; willingness to travel 30-40%, remote work acceptable. High-value biopharma specifics: autoimmune indications, biologic modalities, late-stage development (clinical trials ongoing), global stakeholder engagement, and a strategic focus on evidence generation across lifecycle stages.
