Role Responsibilities:
- Engage oncology experts and key oncology customers in the assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent to treat malignancies in MM.
- Facilitate partnerships with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate with the oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Build breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and align approved resources to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations and company policies governing customer interactions.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree; Masterโs degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful oncology sales experience (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across different reporting structures.
- Proactive learning aptitude; ability to travel to cover large territories.
