Role: Mechanical Project Engineer, Intermediate, supporting capital projects in active ingredient manufacturing and formulations at Bayer's crop science division. Responsibilities: manage moderate complexity projects from initiation to completion, develop cost estimates, lead project reviews, select vendors, assist site personnel with implementation, ensure compliance with standards, and document project activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or related field; 4+ years of progressive engineering experience; strong troubleshooting skills in electrical & instrumentation; proficient in SAP, Prometheus, and MS Office.
