Mechanic Technician – Menomonie, WI*

Role: Mechanical Technician providing hands-on maintenance and repair support in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as slitters, extruders, web systems, conveyors, compressors, and pumps; fabricate parts; weld and rig equipment; recommend improvements; document work electronically; ensure safety and hazard awareness. Requirements: Associate's degree in mechanical maintenance, electro-mechanics, or related fields, or relevant technical diploma with experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years maintenance experience; reliable transportation; completion of a job readiness assessment. Preferred: experience with manufacturing tech on web process equipment, welding, and machine tools; strong communication skills; self-motivated and dependable.
