MCS Manufacturing Associate

Role: Associate Manufacturing specialist supporting drug product packaging and device assembly at Amgen's Thousand Oaks facility, primarily for clinical trial supplies. Responsibilities: execute packaging and assembly processes, support planning, lead team meetings, troubleshoot and support process improvements, review batch records, ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards, and support quality documentation. High-value: manufacturing of combination products (auto-injectors, mini dosers), small molecule bottling, vial labeling, and containerization at a GxP manufacturing site. Qualifications: high school diploma/GED with 2+ years manufacturing/military experience, or associate's degree with 6 months experience; preferred knowledge of CFR/regulatory standards, GMP, analytical methods, and basic chemistry/biology. Experience with WIP lab equipment, statistical skills, troubleshooting, and good communication skills are advantageous.
