Role: Medical representative responsible for promoting Takeda's pharmaceutical products within a designated region, ensuring achievement and surpassing of performance targets. Responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, client visits, maintaining long-term client relationships, developing new customer accounts, reporting work activities accurately, and adhering to company compliance. Additional duties involve supporting regional managers in onboarding new representatives, product knowledge training, and monitoring market dynamics and adverse drug reactions. Requirements: College degree or higher in medical, pharmaceutical, or related fields; over 5 years of experience in pharma marketing; proficient in computer software; some English language skills; strong communication and coordination abilities; certification in senior management and RDPAC. High-value: experience in pharmaceutical sales/marketing, knowledge of industry regulations, familiarity with clinical or market dynamics, and compliance standards.
