RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the company’s regional marketing promotion strategy; develop personal performance plans to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Plan and manage daily visits and promotional activities for target customers; maintain strong long-term cooperation with key customers.
- Proactively and effectively develop new customers and understand target customers.
- Complete work reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Rigorously carry out company marketing activities; track the latest competitor product developments and accurately communicate product information.
- Monitor market trends in the target area and report promptly to the regional manager/supervisor.
- Collect and report adverse reaction information related to patients’ use of the products to the relevant internal departments.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all relevant compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors in medicine/pharmacy or medicine/pharmacy marketing.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing roles within the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in using computer office software.
- Basic English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong language expression and clear communication/coordination skills.
- Passed the RDPAC certification exam.
