Role Summary

MBA Finance Summer Internship Program at GSK โ€šร„รฎ a 12-week intensive opportunity for current MBA students to gain dynamic experience across diverse Finance areas within GSK, with potential for direct-entry opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-impact projects essential to GSKโ€šร„รดs commercial business, supply chain, and development areas, using strategic thinking, financial knowledge, analytical skills, and collaboration.
  • Receive tailored support and training and learn from senior leaders across the business.
  • Partner with teams to provide strategic insights and operational support to drive efficiency across business units.
  • Demonstrate strong performance and collaboration during the internship, with potential for future opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA qualified (or on track to obtain by 2027), aligned to Finance or Economics.
  • Language: Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • A genuine passion for advancing a career within the biopharma industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible mindset to thrive in a global, matrixed organization.
