MBA Finance Summer Internship, 2026
Join GSK’s MBA Finance Summer Internship Program to gain diverse experience across finance functions and contribute to strategic insights within a dynamic biopharma environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on high-impact projects essential to GSK’s commercial business, supply chain, and development areas, applying strategic thinking, financial knowledge, and collaboration.
- Receive tailored support and training, with opportunities to learn from senior leaders across the business.
- Partner with teams to provide strategic insights and operational support to drive efficiency across business units.
- Demonstrate strong performance and collaboration during the internship, with potential consideration for direct-entry opportunities within the team.
Qualifications
- Required: MBA qualified (or progress toward MBA by 2027), aligned to Finance or Economics
- Required: Written and spoken fluency in English
- Preferred: Genuine passion for advancing a career within the biopharma industry
- Preferred: Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization
