Requirements: PhD in physical sciences (e.g., chemistry) or related field; 5+ years industry experience preferred. Skills: familiarity with XRPD, DSC, TGA, DVS, HPLC; experience with solid form screening, salt/cocrystal development, and scale-up crystallization. High-value specifics: focus on pharmaceutical solids, impact on drug performance and manufacturing, supporting diverse modalities including small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in drug development; documentation and communication skills essential.
