Materials Management Technical Support, Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager of Materials Operations supporting manufacturing for cell and gene therapy products, focusing on materials management strategy, system compliance, and process optimization. Responsibilities: develop SOPs and technical documentation for commercial materials, oversee quality and compliance at cross-functional meetings, lead digital systems integration (ERP, WMS, serialization), manage deviation and change control activities, monitor performance with managed service providers, and drive process improvements through innovations like Kanban systems. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure compliant material flows, scalable operations, and continuous improvement of cell and gene therapy processes. Requirements: BS or MS in Supply Chain or related field; 6+ years supporting site-based materials management in biopharma, with 3+ years of leadership experience. Skills: proficiency with ERP/MRP/WMS systems, strong problem-solving, technical writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
