Materials Management Associate II

Role: Materials management specialist focused on cGMP operations within a biopharma setting, ensuring inventory control, compliance, and regulatory readiness. Responsibilities: oversee receipt, inspection, disposition, storage, and shipping of controlled materials for cell and gene therapy manufacturing; support investigations, change controls, CAPAs, and supplier qualification; coordinate with manufacturing and QA/QC to ensure material availability and compliance; maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, monitor storage conditions, and facilitate material releases. Requirements: associate or bachelor’s in life sciences or supply chain, with at least 4 years’ experience in regulated environments; strong knowledge of cGMP, GMP/GDP, traceability, data integrity, and warehouse controls; experience in biotech/pharma industries; proficiency with inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP. Preferred: familiarity with OE/5S and regulated industry standards.
