Materials Associate, II

Role: Material Handler responsible for shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management in a cGMP biotech environment supporting cell therapies for regenerative medicine. Objectives: ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials; maintain inventory control and compliance. Responsibilities: perform material handling activities per SOPs and safety standards; operate warehouse equipment; update ERP system; conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; support manufacturing by preparing materials and performing biopsy accessioning; coordinate with QA, R&D, QC, and logistics teams; monitor LN2 and CO2 systems; resolve inventory discrepancies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing support; proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and quality systems; experience with material handling equipment. Preferred: ability to work independently, strong communication, organizational skills, teamwork.
