Job Overview
Oversee daily operations related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and compliance. Supervise a staff of 6-10 direct reports for inbound receiving, inspection, raw material sampling, inventory management, weigh & dispense, kitting, distribution, drug substance freeze-down/ put-away, storage, and outbound shipping operations. Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Assess staff performance and development.
Requirements:
