This is our Unit Dose Fill, A2 Night Shift 7pmโ7:30am SundayโTuesday & every other Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures; use AbbVie-approved tools to minimize extraneous matter in packaging.
- Perform housekeeping cleans; complete line clearances for lot/list changes; blow finishing line/equipment on 1โ2 value stream(s).
- Assist in setup of automated equipment in primary/secondary packaging within 1โ2 value stream(s).
- Service and operate automated/semi-automated equipment to produce finished product with minimal supervision.
- Perform quality-impactful tasks (challenges, parameters, pulling samples, in-process checks, bulk/commodity accountability).
- Sustain 6S of parts and tooling across the production floor.
- Escalate higher-level safety, quality, technical, and operating issues timely.
- Communicate and drive improvement opportunities via cross-functional teams; coordinate with production schedule and line priorities.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform minor adjustments to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent; technical experience/troubleshooting aptitude preferred; technical certificate/degree preferred.
- Demonstrated focus on quality and compliance with site policies/procedures.
- Ability to communicate issues to engineering/mechanical teams.
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs/applications.
- POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements/procedures preferred.
- Stand 8โ12 hours/day and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work 40โ48 hours/week; may work up to 60 hours depending on demand.
