Role Summary

Material Handler in a cGMP warehouse and manufacturing clean room environment. Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, ordering and distributing materials to locations within the manufacturing, quality control, and facilities areas. Based in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Receive materials, pick orders, clean, and deliver samples.
  • Stock materials in the warehouse and throughout the facility; occasional pallet jack and/or forklift use.
  • Perform cycle counts and transfer manufacturing materials between floors.
  • Routinely work in clean rooms and evaluate inventory levels to place orders for storage areas.
  • Perform duties safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and company SOPs.
  • Occasionally handle hazardous materials.
  • Complete mandatory training within required timeframe.
  • Perform other duties including receiving materials, assisting with shipments, and cleaning as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required: Proficient in speaking/reading/writing English and performing basic math.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a cGMP warehouse environment.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in warehouse operations.
  • Preferred: Proficient in using SAP.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Required/Preferred: Ability to manage multiple priorities in warehouse and manufacturing settings.
  • Required/Preferred: Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a cGMP setting.

Education

Additional Requirements

  • Work in a controlled environment requiring gowning and protective apparel; may require respiratory protection in areas with chemicals.
  • Potential for cold, wet environments and multiple shifts, including weekends.
  • Physical ability to climb, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Work in clean room environments and wear PPE as required.
