About The Role
Performs delivery, stocking, data entry, shipping, and miscellaneous office duties. Responsible for physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Responsible for receipt, delivery, or storing of incoming packages or goods
- Ensures materials are received from proper vendors and delivered to inventory or proper employee
- Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure quantity and quality are correct
- Ensures security and accountability of materials and goods
- Performs data entry and maintains necessary documentation
- Analyzes reports/documents and corrects noted deficiencies in a timely manner
- Supports stock allocation to scientific departments
- Processes outgoing shipments and returns; prepares and maintains shipping records; posts weights/shipping charges
- Collects, washes, and restocks laboratory glassware
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma / Associate’s degree; 2+ years of data entry and receiving experience preferred; biotech or laboratory experience preferred
- Some college courses preferred
- Understands shipping process; tracking mechanisms for shipments/returns
- Knowledge of biotech/laboratory shipping/receiving methods
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive company vehicles
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; ERP systems (ReQlogic preferred)

- Hourly rate: $23.42–$31.92
