      Role Summary
The Material Handler ensures the smooth and efficient flow of materials to support manufacturing operations in Boca Raton, Florida. Responsibilities include fulfilling material requests, managing inventory through cycle counts, and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations. The role may involve breaking down material packaging, supporting document digitization, and ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a cGMP facility.
Responsibilities
- Material Supply: Ensure production runs smoothly by supplying materials to manufacturing as needed, fulfilling process orders, reservations, and requests from production staff.
- Packaging Breakdown: Break down and discard material packaging to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Warehouse Support: Assist warehouse staff with daily operations and other assigned tasks.
- Document Organization: Support the digitization and organization of physical documents in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of material handling and documentation.
- Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Required: Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Required: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Required: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Required: Follow cGMPs and procedures with great attention to detail.
- Required: Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines.
- Required: Time management skills and ability to balance multiple job assignments.
