Material Handler

Role: Material Handler in 3M's manufacturing environment, primarily on the third shift (weekend nights, Friday-Sunday, 7pm-7am), responsible for operating powered industrial vehicles, moving materials, receiving incoming goods, and shipping outgoing products. Objectives include maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring safety standards. Responsibilities: operate fork trucks and pallet jacks, perform functional tasks across Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse functions in a team-based, rotational setting. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; at least 1 year of plant or manufacturing experience; valid Powered Industrial Vehicle license; basic computer skills. Preferred qualifications include post-high school education and additional plant experience. High-Value: manufacturing/warehouse logistics in a biopharma or related production context; rotational shifts including overnight/weekend; onsite location in Rockland, MA; no travel required. Collaboration occurs within the manufacturing team; safety and operational policies are emphasized.
